Arlin D. Voyles, 82, of Depauw, Indiana passed from this life on March 4, 2026 at Baptist Health -Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. Arlin was born on November 18, 1943 in Ramsey, Indiana to the late Shelby D. and Tina V. (Trowbridge) Voyles.
Arlin was a United States National Guard member. He was a steel fitter for Jeffboat for over 41 years and a farmer.
Arlin was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Martha Jean Wolfe.
Arlin is survived by his wife, Gloria C. (Holmes) Voyles; daughters, Jean A. Wright (Tommy) of Ramsey, Indiana, Michelle L. Voyles (Chad Carroll) of New Albany, Indiana, Jacqueline S. Gardner (Neil) of Ramsey, Indiana, and Tessa R. Cottrell (Jeffrey) of Palmyra, Indiana; grandchildren: Duncan, Kaela, Adrianna, Brianna, Grayson, Dawson, Chloe, and Brennan; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana 47145. Interment will follow in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery near Depauw, Indiana 47115.
Visitation will be on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 4-8 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2026, all at the funeral home.
Bro. Daniel Dietrich will officiate the funeral service.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Mt. Tabor Church of Christ Cemetery Fund.
