Bernard W. Combs

Bernard W. Combs, 80, of Depauw, Indiana passed from this life on December 4, 2024 at Indian Creek Healthcare in Corydon, Indiana.  Bernard was born on December 10, 1943 in Happy, Kentucky to the late Barnett and Sallie (Plowman) Combs.

Bernard was owner/operator of Combs Concessions.  He was a United States Veteran, having served in the Navy and Army, during Vietnam.  He was a member of the Liberty American Legion Post #122.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma M. Combs of Depauw, Indiana; daughters, Michelle B. Wetzel (Chris) of Depauw, Indiana and Carmen A. Lopez of Marengo, Indiana; grandchildren:  Desma Autry, Austin Bary, and Dustin Bary; and 2 great-grandchildren, Kalea Cooper and Addison Bary.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 7 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Cremation was chosen and no services will be held at this time.

Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana is entrusted with the arrangements.
