Claude W Mercer

Claude W. Mercer, 91, of Corydon, Indiana died on December 16, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on January 5, 1929 in Blue Rock, Ohio.  

He was a former purchasing agent in mobile home manufacturing in Elkhart, Indiana and an associate pastor with the Assembly of God affiliation.  He was a member of the Trinity Assembly of God in Corydon, Indiana and attended the Little Mission Church near Hardinsburg, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Howard, George and Clair Mercer.  

He is survived by his wife:  Betty J. (Schrader) of Corydon, Indiana; sons:  David Mercer of Tell City, Indiana, Daniel Mercer of Plainfield, Illinois, Dennis Mercer of Rapid City, South Dakota; daughter, Pamela Nemeth of Corydon, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild, and a sister Mary Ellen Dyer Spencer of Cambridge, Ohio.

Funeral services will be on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Milltown Christian Church in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the El Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home and then 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the church.
