Clyda A. (Hinton) Dearborn

Clyda A. Dearborn, 76, of New Albany, Indiana passed from this life on May 20, 2026 at Baptist Health Floyd- Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.  Clyda was born on July 17, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Clyda Ann (Roberson) Hinton.

Clyda was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Clyda Ann and Thomas E. (Jack) Hinton;  daughter, Jenny Dearborn; son, John Michael Dearborn; sister, Mary Hinton Norman; brother, George Hinton; and half sister, Bonnie Evans.

She is survived by her son, Jack Leon Dearborn (Betty); daughters, Jessica I. Durbin (Chris) and Jolene Aragon (Michael Akers); grandchildren, Dakota Dearborn, Nocona Dearborn, Tionna Kron (Luke), Nykia Dearborn (Kat), David Dearborn, Kristen, Alex, John, and Becca Durbin, Ryan Sutherland, Liam Aguirre (Cody), Jose Aragon Dearborn, Terilin Dearborn, Takoma Dearborn, Skyler Dearborn, Anna Aragon Dearborn, Zoe Hambaugh, Alexis Barrick, Marissa Popham,  Mavis Popham and Zoey Acers; and great-grandchildren:  Colin, Harrison, and Rosie Molthop, Kayne and Alexis Kron, Zoey Akers,  Ariah Hambaugh, Harper and Jackson Winn, and Jax Durbin.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  

Visitation will be on Monday, May 25, 2026 from 4-8 p.m. and on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at 5:00 p.m., all at the funeral home.

Bro. Jack Dearborn will officiate the service with Bro. Rick Mattingly assisting.
