Dakota D. Blocker

Dakota D. Blocker, 27, of Depauw, Indiana died on October 19, 2024 in Louisville, Kentucky.  Dakota was born on December 11, 1996 in New Albany, Indiana to Ronald P. Blocker Jr. and Stacey N. Jones-Allen- they survive.

Dakota loved to fish, hunt and listen to his music.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald and Joy Janes and uncles, Timothy and Jason Newman and Cory Blocker.

He is survived by his father, Ronald P. Blocker Jr.; mother and step father, Stacey N. Jones-Allen and Donald Ray Allen Jr.; son, Alexander D. Blocker; daughter, Serenity Danielle Blocker; step brother, Derek Allen; sisters, Summer Faith Pollard, step-sister, Meagan L. Judd; grandparents, Ronald L. Pollard Sr. and Betty Blocker, and Donald Allen Sr. and Dolly Ann Allen; and a niece, Kali May Pollard.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Interment will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon, Indiana.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
