Dallas R. Bullington, 87, of Leavenworth, Indiana passed from this life on May 13, 2026 at Norton Clark Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Dallas was born on July 12, 1938 in Leavenworth, Indiana to the late Ivan E. and Ora E. (Smith) Bullington. Dallas married Carroll Sue Waggoner on January 2, 1959 and she preceded him in death on February 27, 2022.
Dallas was an auto mechanic and was former owner/operator of Dallas Repair Shop and Towing. He was a former fireman with the Leavenworth Fire Department and attended Carefree Christian’s Missionary Church. He enjoyed fishing, catching bluegill and crappie and hunting mushrooms. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Carroll Sue Bullington; and siblings, Thelma Goldman and Mike Bullington.
He is survived by his sons, Dan Bullington (Chris) of Wixom, Michigan and Jeff Bullington (Tara) of Leavenworth, Indiana; daughter, Lisa Parr (Andy) of Leavenworth, Indiana; sister, Kay Bullington of Jeffersonville, Indiana and grandchildren, Josh Bullington (Ashley), Jordan Bullington (Natalie), Jacob Bullington (Kayla), Stuart Bullington, John Bullington, Scott Pelletier (Jessica), Tiffany Pelletier, Kayla Merk (Joe), and Drew Parr; and great-grandchildren, Jayden, Hadley, and Maeley Bullington, Brylee Booth, Denim, Nora, Iris, Orla, and Gavin Bullington, Addilynn Pelletier, Liam, Elliott, Presley, Porter, and Miles Merk.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana 47145.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 4-8 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026, all at the funeral home.
Bro. John Taylor will officiate the service.
Interment will follow in the Memorial Gardens near Leavenworth, Indiana.
