Darrell O. Byerly

Darrell O. Byerly, 75, of Greenville, Indiana died on June 16, 2022 at his residence.  Darrell was born on August 19, 1946 in Milltown, Indiana to the late Darrell R. and Deanie (Elrod) Byerly.

Darrell was retired from General Electric as an assembler. Darrell was a United States Army Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War.  Darrell was a member of the Floyds Knobs American Legion Post #42.

Darrell was preceded in death by his mothers:  Deanie Byerly and Pearl Byerly.

Darrell is survived by his wife, Sharon L. (Harpe) Byerly of 54 years; a son, Nathan J. Byerly (Carrie) of New Albany, Indiana; daughters, Cheryl A. Cunningham (Gregory) of Zionsville, Indiana and Jerri L. Adams (Terry) of Marion, Illinois; brothers, Robert M. Byerly (Ruth) of Marengo, Indiana and Glendon Hughes (Diane) of Florida; sisters, Iris June (Bob) of Greenwood, Indiana, Linda Howell (Doug) of Greenwood, Indiana, Barbara L. Hollen of Indianapolis, Indiana, Donna Gorton (Kerry) of Virginia, and Kay Centofonti (Nick) of Roundrock, Texas; grandchildren, Samantha Cunningham, Mitchell Cunningham, Sydney Byerly, Chris Byerly, and Thomas Adams.

A memorial service will be on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana.  Visitation will be after 10:00 am on Friday, June 24, 2022.

Bro. Mike Gillespie will officiate the service.
