David Wayne Berry

David Wayne Berry, 59, of Marengo, Indiana died on July 10, 2023 at Harrison Healthcare in Corydon, Indiana.  David was born on March 24, 1964 in Fairdale, Kentucky to the late William R. Berry Sr. and Dorothy Mae (Wheeler) Berry.  He married Carolyn A. McCutcheon on January 14, 1984.

David was a former employee with Tyson Foods in Corydon, Indiana for many years and Fred Smith Store Fixtures near Depauw, Indiana.  He attended Mt. Zion Brethern In Christ Church near Milltown, Indiana.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn A. (McCutcheon) Berry; sons:  Shawn W. Berry and Travis L. Berry both of Milltown, Indiana; daughter:  Samantha M. Sheckells (Joe) of English, Indiana and a step daughter, Stacy Lewis (Travis) of Marengo, Indiana; brother, Michael Berry of Milltown, Indiana; and grandchildren:  Cameron and Mackenzie Lewis and Alex and Jackson Sheckells.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, William and Jim Berry.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Mt. Zion Brethern In Christ Church, 6681 Speed Road, Marengo, Indiana  47140.  Interment will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 5-8 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana and after 10:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 pm at the Mt. Zion Church.

Bro. George Elam will officiate the service.
