Dianna Lynn Armstrong

Dianna Lynn Armstrong, 68, of Corydon, Indiana passed from this life on January 23, 2025 at her home.  Dianna was born on April 25, 1956 in Ventura, California to her surviving parents, Walter William and Jacqueline J.  (Post) Armstrong.

Dianna was a former certified nursing assistant for Todd-Dickey Nursing and Rehabilitation for 21 years and was formerly employed at Trinity Daycare in Corydon for 24 1/2 years.  She was a member of the First Capitol Christian Church in Corydon, Indiana.

She enjoyed crafts, quilting, and traveling.  She traveled the continental United States and Hawii.  She couldn’t go into a store without some of her kids at daycare shouting out “Ms. D.”  Dianna enjoyed life and her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her infant siblings (1 boy and 2 girls); her grandmother, Anna Mary Deckard; uncles, Robert “Bob” Post and Gary Deckard; and aunt, Jean Deckard.

She is survived by her parents:  Walter William “Bill” and Jacqueline “Jackie” Armstrong; uncle and aunts:  David and Kay Post and Barbara Post; cousins, Tammy Jones, Mike Post, Sherry Franco, Pamela Austin, Lori MacAllister, Martin Deckard, Steven Deckard, and Matthew Deckard.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Interment will follow in the El Bethel Cemetery at a later date.

Bro. Donnie Whitlow will officiate the service.
