Don Dee Archibald

Don D. Archibald, known by many as, "Don the Bunny Bread Man," 79, of English, Indiana passed from this life on May 7, 2024 at his home.  Don was born on December 10, 1944 near Leavenworth, Indiana to the late Shelby Ray and Alice Rebecca Pearl (Bye) Archibald.  

Don was a former salesman for Lewis Bakery/ Bunny Bread; a former security guard at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana; former member of the Eastern Star #387 and English Masonic Lodge #470.  Don was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Don was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly F. (Harmon) Archibald; brothers, James, Robert, and Earl Archibald; sisters, Thelma Seacat, Dorothy Noblitt, Betty Conrad, Daisy Tucker, Pat Highfill, and Fern Archibald.

Don is survived by his daughters, Angela Renee Barnes (Scott) of Hardinsburg, Indiana, Traci Dawn Jerzak (Robert) of Osceola, Indiana, and Toni Lynn Eastridge (Tommy) of Taswell, Indiana; sister, Sylvia Roberts of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and grandchildren:  Caleb Kilburn (Libby), Lucas Jerzak, Nicole Jerzak, Marcus Eastridge, Ethan Barnes, Makenzie Barnes, Isaac Eastridge, and Jacob Eastridge.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Interment will take place in the Mather’s Chapel Cemetery, at a later date.

Visitation will be on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 4-8 pm and after 9:00 am until time of the service at 11:00 am on Saturday, all at the funeral home.

Bro. Jim Smith will officiate the service.
