Edward Truman Bell known as Ed died on December 16, 2022 at the Robley Rex V.A. Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Ed was born on February 4, 1933 in Edwardsville, Indiana to the late William J. and Gertrude Lavina (McCain) Bell.
Ed was a former forklift operator for General Electric in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a United States Army Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict. He attended the Marengo Pilgrim Holiness Church and a member of the Booneville Threasherman Club. He enjoyed John Deere Tractors and Ford Trucks.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Charles and Johnny Bell; and a sister Mary Stevens.
He is survived by his son Edward Wayne Bell of Milltown, Indiana; daughter Lisa A. Stephenson of Marengo, Indiana; and grandchildren Gilbert Epperson and Katie Stephenson.
Funeral services will be on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Milltown Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 4-8 pm and after 9:00 am until time of the service at 11:00 am on Monday, all at the funeral home.
Bro. Doug Cox will officiate the service.
