Glenn W. Smallwood

Glenn W. Smallwood, 95, of Clarksville, Indiana, formerly of Marengo, Indiana, died on December 2, 2024 at Wedgewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clarksville, Indiana.  Glenn was born on February 22, 1929 in Marengo, Indiana to the late Walter and Mildred (Hutslar) Smallwood.

Glenn was a former carpet salesman and was a United States Navy Veteran.  He was a member of the VFW Post # 3281 in New Albany, Indiana.  He was a Christian believer.

He is survived by his wife, Jewell N. (Wyman) Smallwood of Clarksville, Indiana; sons, James Michael Smallwood M.D. and Glenn Walter Smallwood both of Texas; a brother, Gail Morton Smallwood of Florida; and 5 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, David Andrew Smallwood.

A graveside service will be on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the El Bethel Cemetery near Milltown, Indiana.  

Bro. Bruce Hawkins will officiate the service.
