Ival Stidham, 73, of Pekin, Indiana died on June 15, 2020 at the home his daughter, Jennifer. He was born on August 10, 1946 in Blue Diamond, Kentucky to the late Roy and Eula (Gamble) Stidham.
He was a supervisor for Jeff Boat for 40 years, a United States Navy Veteran having served during Vietnam, and a member of the Mitchell American Legion Post #250.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda D. (Moore) Stidham; grandson, Nathan Stidham; brothers: Ronnie and Robert Darrell Stidham, and a sister, Norma McCutcheon.
He is survived by his sons: Brian D. Stidham (Kay Thompson) and Eric M. Stidham (Julia); daughter, Jennifer R. Amy; a brother: Frank Stidham; sisters: Wilma Beeson, Hazel Hutton, Christine Winslow, and Ivory Grunden; grandchildren: Brian D. Stidham Jr. (Kayla), Brittany R. Ethridge (Bryan), Cassie R. Stidham, Dylan L. Amy (Carly), Ryan C. Amy, and Dakota Hadley (Katherine); and great-grandchildren: Trenleigh and Lilly Stidham, Kayden Amy, Sterling Amy, Trevyan Bailey, Ryatt Ethridge, Eliza Hadley, and Keiradee.
Funeral services will be on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Union Chapel Cemetery near Milltown, Indiana.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 3-8 pm and after 11:00 am until time of the service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, all at the funeral home.
Bro. Bruce Hawkins will officiate the service.
