J.J. (Faust) Knight

J.J. Faust Knight, 51, of English, Indiana died on December 9, 2023 at Baptist Health- Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana.  J.J. was born on June 22, 1972 in Corydon, Indiana to her biological mother, Marilyn Ann Faust.

J.J. was a finance collector and was a 1990 graduate of Paoli High School.  She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and wood working.

She is survived by her wife, Cathy R. Knight; daughters:  Elizabeth Knight (Malcomb), Jessica Quick (Andrew), Courtney Thodiyil; sons:  Cody Brashier, Taylor Thodiyil (Ty), and Spencer Thodiyil; ; grandmother, Peggy Nichol; a special aunt known as mom, Mary Knight; grandchildren:  Caliyah, Marcelle, Alaynna, Colton, Adabella, Ella, Ryan, Maddox, Melody, and Mason.

She was preceded in death by her adopted parents, Sam and Lucille (Jones) Knight; biological mother, Marilyn Ann Faust; grandfather, Barry Nichol.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 16, 2023 after 4:00 p.m. until time of the service at 7:00 p.m.

Alisa White will officiate the service.

Interment will follow in the El Bethel Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be given to ASCPA- American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals.
