Janice Y. (Miller) Elliott

Janice Y. (Miller) Elliott, 75, of Marengo, Indiana died on May 11, 2023 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was born on July 18, 1947 in English, Indiana to the late Curtis and Margie (Pavey) Miller.

Janice was a homemaker and a loving mother.  She was a member of the Marengo Christian’s Missionary Church and attended Tunnel Hill Free Methodist Church.  She was an avid Crawford County Sports Fan and enjoyed fishing.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Virgil Miller.

She is survived by her sons:  Virgil Duane Elliott of Leavenworth, Indiana, James Elliott (Kara) of Marengo, Indiana, Todd Elliott (Traci) of Marengo, Indiana, and Rodney Elliott (Patty) of Depauw, Indiana; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Larry Miller (Aleta) of Marengo, Indiana.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana  47145.  Interment will follow in the Mifflin Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 4-8 pm and after 9:00 am until time of the service at 11:00 am on Tuesday, all at the funeral home.

Bro. Adam Stroud will officiate the service.
