Janine Mary (Brown) Griffee

Janine Mary (Brown) Griffee, 56, of Depauw, Indiana, died on June 19, 2022 at her home.  She was born on March 29, 1966 in California to Francis Brown and the late Pauline (Holden) Griffey.

She was a painter for home remodels and a member of the Milltown Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pauline Griffey and grandparents, Glen and Virgie Troncin.

She is survived by her husband, Edward L. (Sonny) Griffee; her father, Francis Brown; a step-son, David Edward Griffee; daughters, Tana Elkins and Carri Ann Luther; a step-daughter, Michelle Frederick; a brother Tony Brown; sister, Amanda Wise; grandchildren, Cheyenne, Maryanne, Bennett Elkins; and a aunt, Rowena Knasel.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Brown Funeral Home in  Milltown, Indiana.  

Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and after 9:00 am until time of the service on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m., all at the service. 

Bro. Jim Smith will officiate the service.

Memorial contributions can be given to the American Cancer Society.
