Jo Ann (Fetz) Dukes

Jo Ann (Fetz) Dukes, 87, of Depauw, Indiana departed this life and entered her heavenly home on December 17, 2020 at her residence.  She was born on June 18, 1933 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Earl Frances Fetz and Mildred Loraine (Hunter) Caudill.

She was a former custodian for North Harrison School Corporation from 1977-1994.  She was a member of the Blue River Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Robert, William, Ronald, Richard, Thomas Fetz; a sister Pauline Caudill, and a grandson John Ollo Dukes Jr.

She is survived her son John O. Dukes of Milltown, Indiana; daughters Connie J. Thompson (Frank) of Milltown, Indiana, Sheila Pinter (Josh) of Marengo, Indiana, Pam McDaniel (Bobby) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Gloria Messmer (Curtis) of Lanesville, Indiana, Patty Atkisson (Charlie) of New Albany, Indiana, and Judy Hood of West Point, Kentucky; sister Francie (Fetz) Hall; brother Greg Fetz; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the El Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home and after 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. 

Bro. Don McCarroll will officiate the service.
