Kelly C. (Howe) Nye

Kelly Corene (Howe) Nye, 57, of Grantsburg, Indiana died on July 31, 2020 at the Harrison County Hospital.  She was born on January 15, 1963 in Huntingburg, Indiana to Corene (Howe) Kunkler and the late Jim Combs.

She was a former Certified Nursing Assistant and attended the Bethel Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her father and a son, Brandon Mahaney.

She is survived by her companion, Robbie Brown of Grantsburg, IN; her mother, Corene Kunkler of Eckerty, IN; her son, Shane T. Cole of French Lick, IN; daughters:  Heather Hill of Shoals, IN, Maggie Pritchard of English, IN, Brandi Mahaney of Evansville, IN and Haley Hayes of Cannelton, IN; sister, Tina Sturgeon of Birdseye, IN and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Interment will follow Bethany Union Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 from 11:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 pm, at the funeral home.

Bro. Roger Dillman will officiate the service.

Memorial contributions can be given to the funeral home to help with the cost the funeral home.
