Linda Sue (Pennington) Hickerson

Linda Sue (Pennington) Hickerson, 62, of Milltown, Indiana passed from this life on October 31, 2025 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was born on February 4, 1963 in Corydon, Indiana to the late Charles Pennington and Lois (Hacker) Pennington Ransom.

Linda was a caretaker and a homemaker.  She enjoyed cooking and fishing.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Peggy Pennington and Judy Reynolds.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley G. “George” Hickerson; sons, Daniel and Dougie Chinn; a daughter, Summer Chinn; brothers, Larry Pennington (Carla), Jeff Pennington, and Charles Pennington Jr.; sister,  Debbie Chinn (Jerry) and grandchildren, Tyler, Peyton, Logan, Damien, Ely, Isabella, Zayne, Karma, and Benjamin.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  Cremation will follow the services.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service at 3:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Bro. Bruce Hawkins will officiate the service.
