Louis B. (Duke) Humphrey

Louis B. “Duke” Humphrey, of Leavenworth, Indiana passed from this life on June 13, 2025 at Todd-Dickey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Leavenworth, Indiana.  Duke was born on March 21, 1944 in Leavenworth, Indiana to the late Harmon D. and Mazie Ann (Floyd) Humphrey.

Duke was a former truck driver and attended Carefree Christian’s Missionary Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Chuck, Dillon, John, and Randy Humphrey.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy L. (Jones) Humphrey; sons, John L. Humphrey (Tami), Eddie D. Humphrey (Kim), and Rodney W. Humphrey (Sandy) all of Leavenworth, Indiana; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana  47145.  

Visitation will be on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Bro. Randy Coleman will officiate the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home, to help with the cost of the funeral expenses.
