Ova “Lee” Carmon, 65, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed from this life on February 7, 2026 at Owensboro Health. Lee was born on February 13, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Boyce Pete Carmon and Mabel (Pierce) Scott.
Lee was a former truck driver and upholstery worker. He enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles and was an avid coffee drinker.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Paul Eugene Carmon.
Lee is survived by his son, Marty Carmon; daughters, Melinda Carmon and Cheyenne Cecelia Carmon; brothers, Charles Carmon and Paul Hamm Jr.; sisters Deborah Martin and Misty Baird.
A graveside service will be on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Taswell Cemetery, following the visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana 47145.
Interment will follow in the Taswell Cemetery.
