Patricia Eddleman (of Milltown, Indiana) passed away on November 3rd, 2022. Born in Madison and a 1960 graduate of English High School, she always said Indiana felt like home.
Throughout the course of her 80 years on this earth, she gave birth to six children, served her country in the Army, and lived abroad. She was smart, strong, beautiful and talented, and will be greatly missed.
She lived a long, hard life but her sense of humor and ability to know that very few things are worth worrying about kept her going. She was a designer at heart who could make any space beautiful, and she passed her love for crafting onto her children and grandchildren. She was a creator of things from nothing and we are hopeful that she is now at peace, with everything she ever wanted at her fingertips. She deserves it.
She is survived by her older brother Bruce Eddleman of Louisville Kentucky, her daughter and son-in-law Carole and Rudy McDaniel of Oviedo Florida, their three children Brighton, Ben, and Becca, as well as daughters Diane, Sharon, Kelley, and Paula and their children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Bruce Eddleman and Norma Ison, as well as her younger brother Don Eddleman of Marengo, and her infant son Paul Douglas Newkirk.
Graveside services will be on Wednesday November 9, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Highfill Chapel Cemetery near Taswell, Indiana.
Rev. Ben Burton will officiate the service.
Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana is entrusted with the arrangements.
