Philip A. Babcock, 66, of Depauw, Indiana, died on April 18, 2024 at his residence. Philip was born on October 31, 1957 in Santa Ana, California to Gerald E. “Jerry” Babcock and the late Mary Alice (Goldman) Babcock.
Philip was a Helicopter Ag Pilot for 47 years. He was a member of the New Salisbury Christian’s Missionary Church. He enjoyed hunting, bass fishing, flying, and bird watching. Philip was a saved Christian believer.
Philip is survived by his wife, Teresa K. Babcock of Depauw, Indiana; father, Jerry Babcock of Depauw, Indiana; son, Ryan Babcock (Judy) of Clarksville, Indiana; step-son, Perry Jenkins (Ellie) of Corydon, Indiana; step-daughter, Tina Missy (Brad) of Mauckport, Indiana; and grandchildren, Ezmae Jenkins and Sadie Missy.
Philip was preceded in death by his mother Mary Alice (Goldman) Babcock.
Funeral services will be on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Louden’s Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Monday, April 22, 2024, after 11:00 am until time of the service at 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
Bro. Eric Satterfield will officiate the service.
