Robert Davis Jr.

Robert Davis Jr., 65, of New Salisbury, Indiana, passed away on July 2, 2026 at University in Louisville, Kentucky.  Robert Davis Jr. was born on March 27, 1961 in Corydon, Indiana to the late Robert Davis Sr. and Anita Kennedy Stonecipher.

Robert was a Son of the American Legion with the Marengo American Legion Post #84 and enjoyed fishing.

Robert was survived by his son, Robert Davis III (Stephanie) of Milltown; daughters, Lea D. Alvey (Kevin) of Marengo and Ashley Faulkenburg (Bobby) of English; brothers, Hugh T. Davis, Walter Davis, and David Stonecipher; sister, Amanda Stonecipher; grandchildren, Christopher Robert Dale Davis, Caylee Marie Lynn Davis, Desirea Dawn Saltsgaver, Dayton Edward Saltsgaver, Dylan Hunter Davis, Alissa Jane Faulkenburg; and a great-grandchild, Ellie Mae Dobson.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandchild, Dakota Nicole Saltsgaver.

The funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.

Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in the Milltown Cemetery.
