Ruth B. (Gross) Grant

Ruth B. (Gross) Grant, 81, of Sulphur, Indiana died on November 29, 2023 near Corydon, Indiana due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle crash.  She was born Kinnelon, New Jersey on August 5, 1942 to the late Herman John Gross and Iva Elizabeth (Ricker) Heftman.

She was a former cashier for Wal-Mart Super Center.

She was survived by her son, Alan Grant (Nancy); daughters:  Donna Grant, Barbara Vanover, Sheryl Fazio; grandchildren:  Charles Dean Vanover, Sheila Vanover, James Vanover, Felicia Vanover, Kevin Subartowicz, Holly Jo Subartowicz, Richard Alan Grant, Wesley Haler, Marissa Haler; 7 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fredonia Cemetery.

Rev. Philo Jones will officiate the service.
