Scotty Mousty Obituary
Scotty W. Mousty, 60, of Hardinsburg, Indiana died on May 27, 2023 at Baptist Health- Floyd. Scotty was born on February 19, 1963 in Corydon, Indiana to the late Thelma Irene Mousty and was adopted by Leo and Marietta Mousty. Scott married Judi Parks on July 12, 1986 and she preceded him in death on January 24, 2022.
Scotty was a heavy equipment operator for E & B Paving. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters: Lisa J. Shelton of Salem, Indiana; Kristy Lewis (Gary) of Pekin, Indiana, and Amanda Cooper of Salem, Indiana; grandchildren: Alicia Booker, Kyle Shelton (Destiny), Aaron Lewis (Erica), Austin and Garrett Cooper, Halle Shelton, and Gracie Lewis; and two great-granddaughters, Paisleigh and Oakleigh Lewis.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
Bro. David NeSmith will officiate the service.
