Taina M. (Howerton) Faust

Taina M. (Howerton) Faust, 62, of Milltown, Indiana died on April 15, 2023 at University of Louisville Hospital.  She was born on June 6, 1960 in Corydon, Indiana to Thyra (Cornelison) Taylor and the late David Glenn Howerton.

Taina was a former waitress at The Place To Be near Milltown, Indiana.  Taina had attended Spencerian College and studied Fashion Merchandising.  She enjoyed mushroom hunting, gardening, flowers, the outdoors, and her grandchildren.  Taina was a joy to be around and never met a stranger.

She is survived by husband, Bryan L. Faust of Milltown, Indiana; her mother, Thyra W. Taylor of Paoli, Indiana; son Scot A. Bean (Dani) of Milltown, Indiana; daughter, Mandy Brook Lewis of Bowling Green, Ohio; sisters, Noni Howerton and Nina King (Trent) both of Paoli, Indiana; grandchildren, Lily Marie Bean, Kaylee Rain Bean, Taylor Ane Bean, Trenton Wayne Wagerman, Gracie Lynn Bean, Nolan Alan Bean, and Nilah Sherri Bean; great-grandchildren, Zayden Preston and Layton Hopper; nieces and nephews:  Joseph Brown, Shayla Odle, and Gavin King.

A memorial service will be on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.  

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 4-7 p.m.

Bro. Jim Smith will officiate the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions to the funeral home, to help with the expenses of the service.
