Tasha Nicole Busick

Tasha Nicole Busick, 40, went to be with Jesus on April 2, 2023.  She was born on June 10, 1982.

She loved to read and had visited many books.  She also loved to write in her journals.  She has many stories and thoughts written out in piles of notebooks.  She also loved to study and read the Bible and share in Bible studies with the family.

Tasha loved her family dearly, especially her nieces and nephews.  But her most prized accomplishment is her daughter, Shavelle.  They had a bond that even when stretched and twisted, it could not be broken.

Tasha is preceded in death by her stepfather Brian Stephenson; grandfather Harold Busick;  step grandfather Harold E. Stephenson; step grandmother Ruby Foster; aunt Sandra Busick and uncle Harold Stephenson Jr.

Tasha is survived by her daughter Shavelle Moss; mother Lisa (Allen) Holzbog; two sisters, Jami (Jeff) Von Heimburg and Taylor Brooke (Ben) McIntosh; two step brothers, Andy (Mackenzie) Holzbog and Kyle (Shelby) Holzbog; grandmother Inez Busick; step grandparents Sammie and Marolyn Holzbog; nieces and nephews, Landen Noble, Addisyn Rainey, Raley and Tinley McIntosh, Carter Stephenson, Chloe Rickenbaugh, Jordyn, Aiden, and Alex Von Heimburg, Kyah, Declan, and Barrett Holzbog, along with several cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Funeral services will be on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hillview Christian Church, 4180 Hwy. 64, Marengo, Indiana  47140.  

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023, all at the Hillview Christian Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brown Funeral Home, to help with the cost of the funeral expenses.
