Thelma Landers Obituary
Thelma Faye (Archibald) Landers, 92, died December 3, 2020 at the home of her son, Dale Landers. She was born May 12, 1928 in Alton, Indiana to the late Perciful (Percy) and Myrtle (Wilkes) Archibald.
She was a professional seamstress and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley L. Landers; brothers: Lester, Charles, Elmer, and Sam Archilbald; and sisters: Evelyn Scheckells and Hazel Archilbald.
She is survived by her son, Dale D. Landers of Sellersburg, Indiana, Judy A. Baker of Noblesville, Indiana; sister, Lucille Vaughn of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren: Amanda Higdon, Jamie Lahrman, and Joshua Baker; and great-grandchildren: Cohen and Brody Higdon, Aubrey, Cadence, and Emma Lahrman; and Jakob and Trenton Baker.’
Funeral services will be private due to Covid-19. Interment will follow in the El Bethel Cemetery.
Rev. Philo Jones will officiate the service.
Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana is entrusted with the service.
