Timothy Lee Money

Timothy L. Money, 61, of Hardinsburg, Indiana died on November 07, 2024 at the home of his son, Rocky.  Timothy was born on September 16, 1963 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Chester L. and Ruth H. (Posey) Money.

Timothy was a carpenter and was a member of God’s Church on the Hill in Hardinsburg, Indiana.  He was a loving son, father, and papaw.  He enjoyed IU Basketball, running, lifting weights, and reading his Bible.

He is survived by his sons:  Rocky Money (Kara Hartsfield), Timmy Money Jr., and Andrew Smith (Tori); daughter, Tara Balentine (Jimmy); sisters:  Anita Yussman and Debbie Sparks; grandchildren:  Phoenix Money, Kaylen Cooke, Landon Brewer, Peyton Brewer, Greyson Vaughn, Christian Balentine, and Andi Smith; 3 step-grandchildren, Payton, Drake, and Jaden Balentine; a nieces, Lesa Barnhart and Chloe Yussman; nephews, Steven Brown and Randy Lee Grether.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana.  Interment will follow in the Hardinsburg Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of the service at 1:00 p.m., all at the funeral home.

Rev. Ron Blackman will officiate the service.

Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home, to help with the cost of the funeral expenses.
