William Michael Henderson

William Michael Henderson, 73, of Jeffersonville, Indiana died at his residence on February 23, 2022.  He was born on July 26, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Lindsey Harlan Henderson Jr. and Margaret Elaine (Marples) Roution.

Mike was the former weatherization director for CASI in Clark, Floyd, and Harrison Counties.  He was a member of the Wall Street United Methodist Church in Jeffersonville, Indiana and was a former member of the Elks Club.  He was a United States Air Force Veteran.

Mike, known as, “Mr. Fix-it” was loving and caring to everyone he knew.  He enjoyed landscaping, woodworking, golf, and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Jodi L. ( Reinbold) Henderson of Jeffersonville, Indiana; daughters:  Vadra Sprague (Tony) of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Melissa Everage (Russell) of Hanover, Indiana, and Megan Woodruff of Jeffersonville, Indiana; sister:  Jeanie Miley of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Carla Roution of Kentucky; grandchildren:  TJ Sprague, Holden Henderson, Baylie Sprague, Hayden Darby, and Hadleigh Everage; a great-grandchild, Kyleigh Sprague; niece, Bobbi Jean Gladin (Jimmie) and nephew, Ronald Baker; and a great-niece, Jessica Pulliam (David).

A memorial service will be on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Wall Street United Methodist Church, 240 Wall Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana  47130.  Pastor Kathy Ottinger will officiate the service.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 28, 2022 from 3:00 pm until time of the service at 6:00 pm.
