Obituary

William Joseph Hockman, 58, of English, Indiana died on September 10, 2023 at the home of his daughter, Kimberly Lynch.  William was born on July 13, 1965 in Hardinsburg, Kentucky to the late Robert L. Hockman and Linda Martena (Hardesty) Hartwick.

 

William was a metal scrapper and wood craftsman.  He was a member of the North American Hunting Association, National Rifle Association, loved hunting, and loved his family.

 

William was preceded in death by parents and his wife, Mary Comstock.

 

He is survived by his son, William Comstock (Brooke) of Marengo, Indiana; daughters, Stephanie Comstock of English, Indiana and Kimberly Lynch (Brad) of Leavenworth, Indiana; brother, Boyd Hockman of Kentucky; sister, Rosanna Harlan (Thomas) of English, Indiana; and grandchildren:  Lala Lynch, Kylee Lynch, Makiah Grant, Carson Comstock, Josiah Comstock, and Caleigh Comstock.

 

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Milltown, Indiana.

 

Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home.

 

Memorial contributions can be made In lieu of flowers, to the Brown Funeral Home to help the family with the cost of expenses.
